Big Impact Days
By Gea Visions
Big Impact Days is the Bolognese festival focused on sustainability, impact and social innovation, which this year took place on 10 and 11 November in the spaces of BIG – Boost Innovation Garage. The event brings together communities and professionals to share skills and explore the most significant frontier themes, offering a detailed interpretation of the concrete implications that arise from digital reality, innovation and impact. In addition to conferences and talks on innovation, tactical urban planning, artificial intelligence and inclusive leadership, the public was able to appreciate an exhibition of digital works created by Italian and foreign artists:
Inside the artistic section, curated by Gea Vision, there is the pictorial work 7 by Magaly Arocha Rivas, which was proposed for the occasion in its digital version thanks to the post-production of Simone Risi, photographer, artist and creator of Gea Vision. IThe title of the work alludes to change and evolution, of which the number 7 is a symbol. Through this work, the artist intends to capture the beauty and sacredness of life in the Amazon forest, inviting us to reflect on the relationship between man and nature and the importance of remaining connected to planet Earth. Thanks to the variety of works on display, the public at Big Impact Days was able to immerse themselves in the most relevant contemporary issues in an absolutely creative and innovative way.
BIG Impact Days is an event promoted by the Carisbo Foundation and Intesa Sanpaolo, created by BIG, dpixel, the TechGarage association and Gea Vision with the support of the IAAD technical partners. – Istituto d’Arte Applicata e Design, MinIT – National Technology Cluster of Made in Italy e Sprintaly
