Description
At the presentation of this painting at the “FoodArs Cibo come arte” exhibition (Milan, 2-15/05/19), the art critic Ivan Fassio wrote: “The viewer must be captured by a sort of vital explosion, an energetic perceptive impulse, once his gaze enters in contact with these colours and shapes… a suspended nature in which scents, aromas and atmosphere blend together, alongside the formal clarity of the composition, in the suffused rarefaction of the background. A light chromatic poetry that, however, immediately appears charged with strong personality and passion”. Tribute to Jean Baptiste Siméon Chardin.
